Here's a perspective. I have never served on OR was called to be on a jury in over 60 years. How can that be? Note I never smoked cigarettes or marijuana, nor did psychotropic drugs but I grew up in the 50's-70's when SO MANY were. Never committed a crime. Never harmed a person physically or financially. Never "accidentally" impregnated a woman (CREATED A HUMAN) NOR was involved in any way in an abortion. Never reprimanded for poor performance at work. I was mocked as a "Goody-Two-Shoes" and "Not Cool" or "Not 'hip'" and a weirdo in my youth. My siblings are no different. I have had outstanding judgment but never asked to judge.
I have written to whitehouse.gov to advocate for a Matthew 18:6 based process for addressing evil. I also want a "one-and-done" component to our law and processes. If a person commits a crime, or takes illegal drugs, or harms a person - at age 18 or older, then they should forever lose their right to be on a jury OR to vote. They have proven their bad judgement. No nonsense: 1 & done."
My/our dad was a WWII Marine who saw/experienced tremendous carnage and death. He taught us "Don't argue with evil. STOP THEM." But I don't recall him serving on a jury either - a man of incredible principle and reputation. How did that happen? Corruption?

Any person that commits a crime or commits an act of evil or very poor judgment should PERMANENTLY lose the right to vote OR to judge ME or any other good person. That aligns with Matthew 18:6 but is not part of todays America. Any person that commits evil should face a "jury" / "panel" of people ALL of whom have unblemished records and they will judge whether America should allow that person to live. America should not be burdened by evil people.

I DO believe that there are Patriots, in the White House and in government and especially in the military leadership, that care about changes important to America's future. There is a complicated backstory that I know because I have followed DJT for almost 30 years (hated him at first) and followed current events closely since he announced in 2016. I am retired & have NO other obligations so I investigate daily.

So I concluded that DJT's government/Patriots gained control of THE major media for "information" (and "mis-information") AND much of the network (internet and cell phone) upon which that media travels and how people generally communicate with each other and share information. MY/Our Dad fought as a Marine in WWII so we got a bit of that perspective of how "soldiers" in war "play" roles of various types. For example a soldier in war might literally expose himself and start yelling or firing TO DRAW the attention of the enemy away from something still more important than this soldier's life. Is that Paula White's role? I don't know. In WWII, at Okinawa, an entire division of Marines, ships, etc. was approaching from the SW while another division, the main attack force, was approaching from the SE. The Japanese leadership became convinced that the SW was the main attack force (it wasn't) so it moved forces to the SW to address that attack. It was a fatal decision because Japan had "split" its forces. The rest is history. My Dad was in that SW attack whose role, at great risk, was to convince the Japanese.

"When law is bent to serve power," that really encapsulates the times we are living in. I tried reading Kafka's The Trial (set in German speaking Austria) after the 'lockdowns' were lifted. I could only get 1/3 of the way through as it was too frightening tracking the world we lived. The movie, with Anthony Perkins, was more frightening than Psycho. Unlike the bureaucratic persecutors portrayed in The Trial, Fuellmich's persecutors are known and are using whatever means they can to either drive him mad or kill him. I think the issue is that, regardless of his guilt or innocence in relation to Corona Committee funds, his treatment has been utterly inappropriate.
The allegations were of relatively small scale, “White collar” financial crimes.
These are not minor charges.
However, they are not the kind of charges for which covert, illegal seizure, a year in pre trial detention, accompanied by isolation and extremely restricted rights are appropriate. He was not accused of murder or violence.
The trial process was so corrupted that I find it disappointing how few people even mention this.

I don't think there is another appropriate word for it. From all that I have heard and read, in German, I can't see any reason why the proceeds of the sale should have been disbursed to him. Yet, he wasn't even called to testify in court! The guy who actually has the money - aside from the donations that were turned into gold and stored safely, multiplying in value - is a non-issue?!
If the government were truly interested in this "white collar crime" (which it isn't according to what I understand), wouldn't it go after those who actually have the money? Besides, who is the government / public prosecutor supposed to represent in this case, which "public"? People donated money to the CC because of what it exposed, the work it did that hardly anyone else had the courage or reach to tackle. That public certainly is not represented by the court/prosecutor. Any other "public" is irrelevant, because it was not harmed.
Now the other vultures are fighting amongst themselves to get their hands on money that was never donated to them because they were mostly invisible. Hardly present during the interviews, they contributed precious little to the Committee. I think one could ask any donor who and what they sent money for and none would mention any of them (that includes V. Fischer, who was a fishy presence from the start).
He was a hero to me. I was surprised that he was able to buy homes for him and his wife with funds entrusted to him for this noble cause. That's like putting a target on your back.

He did not buy a home from the donations. He borrowed money and invested it in home improvements of an existing house, knowing he was going to sell it and pay the loan back.
He sold the house as planned, but Marcel Templin somehow managed to keep the proceeds of the sale rather than giving Reiner an opportunity to pay the borrowed amount back to the CC.
That aside, the legal structure of the CC was never completed from what one of Reiner's attorneys explained and therefore the recipients of the donations were really free to use it as they saw fit. There was no legal body that the prosecutor could claim "stole" or diverted money from the donors.
As another aside, V. Fischer also borrowed money from the CC for her personal use so that it would not be kept in a bank account that could be frozen. I believe she managed to pay that amount back just in time to not be put in the spotlight. Though, if there were any legitimacy to Reiner's accusation of embezzlement, she would have to have been accused of the same.
I go through the trouble of trying to clarify misconceptions, from my understanding of this case, because a lot of people are passing judgment without knowing the facts of the matter. Which is not easy, I agree, especially since there seem to be a lot of voices intent on spreading misinformation.
I see no reason how and why a seasoned, successful lawyer could and would take on the ruling cabal for personal gain. It makes no sense at all! Personally, when I knew a poisoned concoction would be rolled out en masse and people would be pressured into taking the jab, I asked many lawyers, young idealistic ones as well as very successful ones, what could be done to prevent the government from mandating the jabs. Not one of them showed any interest in taking on this battle against Goliath. Reiner Fuellmich did, in a bigger way than anyone else I am aware of. Also, the lack of a registered (or whatever one calls it ) structure for the CC is not a defence. It's just a fact that deserves to be noted, since it makes the whole case against Reiner even more ludicrous . - The CC used funds to pay for the technical set up for the interviews and their transmission, as well as to reply to an unexpected mass of emails from viewers. Which seems pretty appropriate to me.
Now the other parties, the ones who set Reiner up by collaborating with the government to do just that, want the remaining money (you should read some of the emails exchanged between Justus Hoffmann and Viviane Fischer, it's appalling!), to which they don't have any legal right because they were not part of the CC anymore.
Why aren't people upset about that and why is nobody going after them? The point being, if it were about how the donated money was/is used, this should be a major concern, shouldn't it, not just what Reiner did with a part of it. But it isn't talked about. That tells me everything: That it has nothing to do with the use of the money (which anyway is none of the government's business since we are not talking about a corporation that embezzled money from its customers - the donations were made by people who supported the work the CC did, and the CC, esp. Reiner, did in fact do the work for which the donations were made!), but with political persecution.
And yes, CJ Hopkins is another completely illogical case that has nothing to do with any crime, or justice, but with political persecution as well. Hughes, PhD, a researcher/author, who compiled an extensive argument that Mr. Fuellmich is a conman who deserves to be where he is. Be very aware of and cautious about those who most harshly criticize leaders and the most effective activists in the medical freedom field. And be ever aware that charges brought in a criminal or civil lawsuit are not necessarily true. Did you actually follow the court case, in German, including the numerous statements by Reiner's lawyers? Do you know that most of their witnesses weren't allowed to testify? That a good portion of the process was done in writing, because the judge wanted to keep a lid on what the public got to hear and understand about this case? That the accusation was changed mid-trial because the first accusations had dissolved into nothingness?
Does that sound like the trial of someone who is actually guilty of a crime, white or not, or does it sound like a show trial in a totalitarian regime?
As to Hughes: Repeating the court's statements is neither research nor analysis. I don't know what Hughes motivation was with his series, nor why Catherine Austin Fitts would also jump on the bandwagon, but I find them highly suspicious. Here's a perspective. I have never served on OR was called to be on a jury in over 60 years. How can that be? Note I never smoked cigarettes or marijuana, nor did psychotropic drugs but I grew up in the 50's-70's when SO MANY were. Never committed a crime. Never harmed a person physically or financially. Never "accidentally" impregnated a woman (CREATED A HUMAN) NOR was involved in any way in an abortion. Never reprimanded for poor performance at work. I was mocked as a "Goody-Two-Shoes" and "Not Cool" or "Not 'hip'" and a weirdo in my youth. My siblings are no different. I have had outstanding judgment but never asked to judge.
I have written to whitehouse.gov to advocate for a Matthew 18:6 based process for addressing evil. I also want a "one-and-done" component to our law and processes. My/our dad was a WWII Marine who saw/experienced tremendous carnage and death. He taught us "Don't argue with evil. STOP THEM." But I don't recall him serving on a jury either - a man of incredible principle and reputation. How did that happen? Corruption?

Any person that commits a crime or commits an act of evil or very poor judgment should PERMANENTLY lose the right to vote OR to judge ME or any other good person. Any person that commits evil should face a "jury" / "panel" of people ALL of whom have unblemished records and they will judge whether America should allow that person to live. America should not be burdened by evil people.

I DO believe that there are Patriots, in the White House and in government and especially in the military leadership, that care about changes important to America's future. There is a complicated backstory that I know because I have followed DJT for almost 30 years (hated him at first) and followed current events closely since he announced in 2016. MY/Our Dad fought as a Marine in WWII so we got a bit of that perspective of how "soldiers" in war "play" roles of various types. For example a soldier in war might literally expose himself and start yelling or firing TO DRAW the attention of the enemy away from something still more important than this soldier's life. In WWII, at Okinawa, an entire division of Marines, ships, etc. was approaching from the SW while another division, the main attack force, was approaching from the SE. The Japanese leadership became convinced that the SW was the main attack force (it wasn't) so it moved forces to the SW to address that attack. It was a fatal decision because Japan had "split" its forces. The rest is history. My Dad was in that SW attack whose role, at great risk, was to convince the Japanese.

"When law is bent to serve power," that really encapsulates the times we are living in. I tried reading Kafka's The Trial (set in German speaking Austria) after the 'lockdowns' were lifted. I could only get 1/3 of the way through as it was too frightening tracking the world we lived. The movie, with Anthony Perkins, was more frightening than Psycho. I think the issue is that, regardless of his guilt or innocence in relation to Corona Committee funds, his treatment has been utterly inappropriate.
The allegations were of relatively small scale, “White collar” financial crimes.
These are not minor charges.
However, they are not the kind of charges for which covert, illegal seizure, a year in pre trial detention, accompanied by isolation and extremely restricted rights are appropriate. He was not accused of murder or violence.
The trial process was so corrupted that I find it disappointing how few people even mention this.
I don’t have any way to know the facts or motivations.
But I do know that his treatment has been and continues to be extraordinary and illegal.
Surely that fact must raise suspicions of a miscarriage justice?

The illegal extraction from Mexico - aka kidnapping - the kangaroo court, the pretrial detention in a high security prison, white torture... Not to mention that the proceeds from the sale of his house which were to be used to pay back the Corona Committee - which consists of what and who, exactly if not Dr. Reiner Fuellmich? - were stolen by Marcel Templin.
I don't think there is another appropriate word for it. From all that I have heard and read, in German, I can't see any reason why the proceeds of the sale should have been disbursed to him. Yet, he wasn't even called to testify in court! The guy who actually has the money - aside from the donations that were turned into gold and stored safely, multiplying in value - is a non-issue?!
If the government were truly interested in this "white collar crime" (which it isn't according to what I understand), wouldn't it go after those who actually have the money? Besides, who is the government / public prosecutor supposed to represent in this case, which "public"? People donated money to the CC because of what it exposed, the work it did that hardly anyone else had the courage or reach to tackle. That public certainly is not represented by the court/prosecutor. Any other "public" is irrelevant, because it was not harmed.
Now the other vultures are fighting amongst themselves to get their hands on money that was never donated to them because they were mostly invisible. Hardly present during the interviews, they contributed precious little to the Committee. I think one could ask any donor who and what they sent money for and none would mention any of them (that includes V. Fischer, who was a fishy presence from the start).

He was a hero to me. I was surprised that he was able to buy homes for him and his wife with funds entrusted to him for this noble cause. That's like putting a target on your back.

He did not buy a home from the donations. He borrowed money and invested it in home improvements of an existing house, knowing he was going to sell it and pay the loan back.
He sold the house as planned, but Marcel Templin somehow managed to keep the proceeds of the sale rather than giving Reiner an opportunity to pay the borrowed amount back to the CC.
That aside, the legal structure of the CC was never completed from what one of Reiner's attorneys explained and therefore the recipients of the donations were really free to use it as they saw fit. There was no legal body that the prosecutor could claim "stole" or diverted money from the donors.
As another aside, V. Fischer also borrowed money from the CC for her personal use so that it would not be kept in a bank account that could be frozen. I believe she managed to pay that amount back just in time to not be put in the spotlight. Though, if there were any legitimacy to Reiner's accusation of embezzlement, she would have to have been accused of the same.
I go through the trouble of trying to clarify misconceptions, from my understanding of this case, because a lot of people are passing judgment without knowing the facts of the matter. Which is not easy, I agree, especially since there seem to be a lot of voices intent on spreading misinformation.
I see no reason how and why a seasoned, successful lawyer could and would take on the ruling cabal for personal gain. It makes no sense at all! Personally, when I knew a poisoned concoction would be rolled out en masse and people would be pressured into taking the jab, I asked many lawyers, young idealistic ones as well as very successful ones, what could be done to prevent the government from mandating the jabs. Not one of them showed any interest in taking on this battle against Goliath. Reiner Fuellmich did, in a bigger way than anyone else I am aware of. That's why I find it insulting and disgusting when falsehoods are spread about someone who had nothing to gain, but everything to lose in this fight. As circumstances have proven since.

Also, the lack of a registered (or whatever one calls it ) structure for the CC is not a defence. It's just a fact that deserves to be noted, since it makes the whole case against Reiner even more ludicrous . - The CC used funds to pay for the technical set up for the interviews and their transmission, as well as to reply to an unexpected mass of emails from viewers. Which seems pretty appropriate to me.
Now the other parties, the ones who set Reiner up by collaborating with the government to do just that, want the remaining money (you should read some of the emails exchanged between Justus Hoffmann and Viviane Fischer, it's appalling!), to which they don't have any legal right because they were not part of the CC anymore.
Why aren't people upset about that and why is nobody going after them? The point being, if it were about how the donated money was/is used, this should be a major concern, shouldn't it, not just what Reiner did with a part of it. But it isn't talked about. That tells me everything: That it has nothing to do with the use of the money (which anyway is none of the government's business since we are not talking about a corporation that embezzled money from its customers - the donations were made by people who supported the work the CC did, and the CC, esp. Reiner, did in fact do the work for which the donations were made!), but with political persecution.
And yes, CJ Hopkins is another completely illogical case that has nothing to do with any crime, or justice, but with political persecution as well. Hughes, PhD, a researcher/author, who compiled an extensive argument that Mr. Fuellmich is a conman who deserves to be where he is. David Hughes extensive argument against Fuellmich in the link you provided is filled with innuendo, guilt by supposed association and a great deal of opinion from a few Reiner critics presented as condemnatory evidence.
Be very aware of and cautious about those who most harshly criticize leaders and the most effective activists in the medical freedom field. And be ever aware that charges brought in a criminal or civil lawsuit are not necessarily true. Further, that a nation such as Germany, which has abundantly proven its animosity toward critics of COVID, of freedom advocates and ofreformers advocating individual freedoms, is riddled at this time with paid intelligence and 'social engineering and control' agents paid to disrupt, suppress and bury any activities, movements, and individuals rejecting the government authority and oppression. Did you actually follow the court case, in German, including the numerous statements by Reiner's lawyers? Do you know that most of their witnesses weren't allowed to testify? That a good portion of the process was done in writing, because the judge wanted to keep a lid on what the public got to hear and understand about this case? That the accusation was changed mid-trial because the first accusations had dissolved into nothingness?
Does that sound like the trial of someone who is actually guilty of a crime, white or not, or does it sound like a show trial in a totalitarian regime?
As to Hughes: Repeating the court's statements is neither research nor analysis. I don't know what Hughes motivation was with his series, nor why Catherine Austin Fitts would also jump on the bandwagon, but I find them highly suspicious.
