Awesome! Same here, with you! I know every body is different, as well, but learning about the importance of high quality proteins and fats! Yeah apparently soy has the highest contamination of pesticides than any other food and have a lot of estrogens…. I’ve not heard of coconut aminos!

Sounds pretty similar to my keto diet but I also eat some nuts and seeds but never soy since I learned about coconut aminos. Good luck with it!
