Is there a protocol for addressing family, clients or friends, especially in institutions, who are wrongfully put on Psychiatric drugs with false diagnoses? For instance an agency with any backbone willing to investigate and act against the pervasive Pharmaceutical/Medical cartels?

Hi Pamela, The circumstances are so individual! There is no agency that I am aware of. In the extreme, one might consult with an attorney but of course that is expensive. Dr. Breggin has written about how someone who has been hospitalized should conduct themselves to protect themselves while in the institution and until they are discharged. See his book Toxic Psychiatry. https://breggin.com/article-detail/post_detail/toxic-psychiatry
