If the rule of law was being applied in any predictable and routine way at this time in the US, I would be reassured. As it is we have witnessed more than 4 years now of gobsmacking dismissal of any routine application of the laws of the land.

Treaties require a 2/3 vote in the Senate AND would have to be allowed by SCOTUS. Not likely asswipes.

Sad but true. But we will not comply. And the next administration is not likely to allow it either.
