I try to take care of my home and property myself. I'm pretty good with the bow saw my dad gave me many years ago. There are lots of limbs that have fallen from trees around my house. Difficult to find help as everyone has their own problems. In 2020 or 21, doing hard physical work made me sweat most profusely in my upper torso. 3 days ago, I used my bow saw on some fallen limbs. It was my head that sweated. Sweating is one of the best ways to eliminate toxins. The next day, my memory was improved, even much improved. I marvel at that realization. For people who want to know more, let me summarize one dimension of the harm being done (does repeat a bit of what you write):
Medical and dental injections—and human blood—are being discovered loaded with bright dots that behave like highly structured, heavy-metal-laden, quantum-dot nanoparticles, assembling in “bubbles” that grow polymeric fibers, as reported AND SHOWN in darkfield microscopy in Substacks by Dr. Ana Mihalcea MD PhD and Dr. David Nixon.
Worse, human blood—even in people who did not get C19 jabs—has been found being turned into “sludge” that cannot carry oxygen, as the Fe2+ in red blood cells has been converted to Fe3+. (A fiber-assembling nanobot process has been identified that does exactly that.) Rouleaux and microclotting also result.
IV EDTA + high-dose vitamin C (+ nutritional supplementation) clears the blood, as reported by Dr. Mihalcea, so it’s not the spike protein doing this damage; rather, such success points strongly to heavy-metal-laden, quantum-dot nanoparticles being critical agents in damaging blood (though not the only nanoparticles involved).
New discoveries of injectable products containing such toxic substances are being reported almost daily by Dr. Mihalcea and occasionally by Dr. Nixon.
What to do? Publicize damaged blood. Regard such examples, at least, as warnings from “canaries in the coal mine,” or, as worse than that: Dr. Mihalcea reports finding such damage in all her patients. Sick and tired all the time. I believe I've been transfected by my multiply jabbed parents. Discouraged and apathetic. I spend most of my days in bed. I've already suffered iatrogenic damage. Wish I could do more, but my flesh won't let me. The funny thing is the jabbed I know do not show the shallowness or coldness other authors have related. Sick as I am it has not destroyed my ability to pray or love others though I am irritable and struggle to concentrate.

I more than symphasize. I've been there: My health was wrecked by the 1976 Swine Flu shot.
Two suggestions:
1. IV EDTA plus 10+ grams of vitamin C, as per Dr. Mihalcea's protocols, if you can find a doctor qualified to do it (not easy). And read her website (separate from her Substack) for more info.
2. Read my post and try what I suggest in "DIY Nutritional + Other Protections You Can Use At-Home Against Toxins and EMFs"
2A. For starters, for energy, first try 100 to 400 mg. vitamin B6. It worked wonders for me, plus 100 to 200 mgs. B-complex to get the full effect. If no effect, try methylated Bs; some people need that (discussed in the DIY post).
2B. For a simple, reasonably inexpensive start at detoxing, try these that I suggest in the DIY post:
NAC + Selenium + Alpha Lipoic Acid combo, +
as much Vitamin C as you can tolerate spread out over the day, +
NADH, +
Probiotics.
Try to reduce as much exposure to EMFs as you can.

My position is far from the one you describe. For starters, never will I say the planet would be better without people. I simply don't believe that premise. I studied color as part of my thesis. White type on a dark background is the most difficult to read. I hope you will change and use dark type on a light background. Black type on a light tan background would be a good choice, though there are other good ones.

I like teal and understand why you do as well. Where color is used, the most readable is yellow on black, which is why it is used for radiation, but it is extremely wearing. This is because yellow black has all the contrasts: color/no color, dark/light, and warm/cold.
Blue/orange, red/green, and yellow/purple are opposite on the color wheel from each other so they are very hard to read because of their contrasts. You may recall seeing orange/blue making your eyes jitter looking back and forth. White type is hard because the white light spreads beyond its edges, making it blurry, rather like the headlight phenom. A lot has to do with the wavelengths. If you recall ever standing on a hillside looking in the distance, various colors disappear as the scene is farther away. First yellow, then on to violet.
I wonder if different colors (wave lengths) resonate differently with different humans. I had to redo colors some more (I wanted to coordinate with my images better) What do you think? Blueish after all!
Back when, if you might recall, McDonalds decor used to be in bright oranges. Red and orange type colors make horses switch their tails more, and it makes people eat up and move out. Later, when keeping people there longer was desirable, the colors changed. Bakers-Miller pink was used to calm violent offenders, but if used too long can backfire. When I had my website, I used color in the area of 250 red, 248 green and 244 blue. That is a slightly warm, very light tan. IMO this is too dark a background right now. I would make it much lighter and a bit more toward the gray if you want to stick with a blue. I don't know what options you have for substack color, though. If in doubt, white is always good. If that is too bright for your taste, slightly grayed also goes with everything.

For people who want to know more, let me summarize one dimension of the harm being done (does repeat a bit of what you write):
Medical and dental injections—and human blood—are being discovered loaded with bright dots that behave like highly structured, heavy-metal-laden, quantum-dot nanoparticles, assembling in “bubbles” that grow polymeric fibers, as reported AND SHOWN in darkfield microscopy in Substacks by Dr. Ana Mihalcea MD PhD and Dr. David Nixon.
Worse, human blood—even in people who did not get C19 jabs—has been found being turned into “sludge” that cannot carry oxygen, as the Fe2+ in red blood cells has been converted to Fe3+. (A fiber-assembling nanobot process has been identified that does exactly that.) Rouleaux and microclotting also result.
IV EDTA + high-dose vitamin C (+ nutritional supplementation) clears the blood, as reported by Dr. Mihalcea, so it’s not the spike protein doing this damage; rather, such success points strongly to heavy-metal-laden, quantum-dot nanoparticles being critical agents in damaging blood (though not the only nanoparticles involved).
New discoveries of injectable products containing such toxic substances are being reported almost daily by Dr. Mihalcea and occasionally by Dr. Nixon.

Sick and tired all the time. I believe I've been transfected by my multiply jabbed parents. Discouraged and apathetic. I spend most of my days in bed. I've already suffered iatrogenic damage. Wish I could do more, but my flesh won't let me. The funny thing is the jabbed I know do not show the shallowness or coldness other authors have related. 2B. For a simple, reasonably inexpensive start at detoxing, try these that I suggest in the DIY post:
NAC + Selenium + Alpha Lipoic Acid combo, +
as much Vitamin C as you can tolerate spread out over the day, +

Thanks. EDTA is a chemical that latches onto minerals in the body and leads to their excretion from the body, especially useful for removing toxic, heavy metals, of which many medical injections have been found to contain besides the C19 injections; besides ordinary environmental and food contamination.
"IV" means intravenous; ie., it is injected, slowly I believe. It must be done by a medical doctor.
Some, or a lot, of concern is voiced about how much good minerals it removes too.
Dr. Mihalcea has occasionally posted various nutritional supplements she uses along with IV EDTA and Vitamin C. I recall reading in her posts that when done by a doctor qualified in chelation therapy, it is safe and effective. She says she is well versed in it, but doctors not so well trained may not (or won't) get good results.

I studied color as part of my thesis. White type on a dark background is the most difficult to read. I hope you will change and use dark type on a light background. Black type on a light tan background would be a good choice, though there are other good ones.

I like teal and understand why you do as well. Where color is used, the most readable is yellow on black, which is why it is used for radiation, but it is extremely wearing. This is because yellow black has all the contrasts: color/no color, dark/light, and warm/cold.
Blue/orange, red/green, and yellow/purple are opposite on the color wheel from each other so they are very hard to read because of their contrasts. You may recall seeing orange/blue making your eyes jitter looking back and forth. White type is hard because the white light spreads beyond its edges, making it blurry, rather like the headlight phenom. A lot has to do with the wavelengths. If you recall ever standing on a hillside looking in the distance, various colors disappear as the scene is farther away. First yellow, then on to violet.

When I had my website, I used color in the area of 250 red, 248 green and 244 blue. That is a slightly warm, very light tan. IMO this is too dark a background right now. I would make it much lighter and a bit more toward the gray if you want to stick with a blue. I don't know what options you have for substack color, though. If in doubt, white is always good. If that is too bright for your taste, slightly grayed also goes with everything.
I hear you re: too dark a background. Sigh! The colors are pre-set, one cannot change tint or tone etc. But I agree with what you are saying. thanks so much for the input!
What happened to the mass media coverage? Seems it was shut down within 48 hours with lack of first person accounts. Were whole families consumed and few escaped?
Hi Thomas, I think you are commenting on our Maui column, and I agree that there are very few first person accounts....I fear whole families were consumed given the intensity of the fire-- it melted glass (which burns much higher) in addition to aluminum.
