I'm so glad you're finally able to speak freely. I've been linking to your Motion to Dismiss as the clearest argument I've heard, with kudos to your lawyer. Here's what I wrote in Kennedy's Ethics:

"Now let’s turn to Kennedy’s statement on Robert Malone from the Vermont Daily Chronicle in which the reporter’s leading question is “What do you admire the most about [mRNA vaccine inventor and Covid-19 vaccine critic] Robert Malone?”:

"'I think Robert Malone has tremendous integrity and tremendous courage. And here’s a guy who’s spent his whole life at the center of the vaccine industrial complex, and invented the key technology of the mRNA vaccine, and was in a position where he could have made himself a billionaire during the pandemic. Instead, he took a much more difficult role that destroyed his relationships, that destroyed his credibility in his own industry that put him in a very challenging place economically. It takes a lot of guts. If you’re Bob Malone, every day of your life is really hard because people are coming at you from every angle.'

"You know what I think is really hard? Waking up every day with $25M hanging over your head and needing to hire lawyers to protect you. That seems much harder than “People are criticizing me and I may need to use my 1M twitter followers or $1M Substack to refute what they’re saying.”

"As a lawyer, I wonder if Bobby has read Malone’s filing of the lawsuit? As not a lawyer, that was what changed my mind. I read it in full anticipation of being on Malone’s side. But I ended saying 'Where’s the defamation?' In everything I read, it was obvious that what the Breggins—who I’d never read before—were making valid points with logic and facts to back them up. There was no malice.

"And certainly, before making public statements like this, Bobby should read the Breggins’ Motion to Dismiss. He has written about their book: 'No other book so comprehensively covers the details of COVID-19 criminal conduct as well as its origins in a network of global predators seeking wealth and power at the expense of human freedom and prosperity…'

"The motion cites the Fourth Circuit Court of Virginia in finding that 'the First Amendment ‘reaches its apogee’ where the challenged speech involves matters of public concern … where the parties are public figures or the subject matter of the supposed libel touches on a matter of public concern.' As a lawyer and Presidential candidate, I can’t see how Kennedy could argue against this."

The thing about Bobby is that he's naive but then learns the truth quickly.

It's what made him different than the wealthy around him who just want power.

Expand full comment

I keep trying to give him that benefit of the doubt but this statement was after he should have known better. It goes beyond a diplomatic answer. Why wouldn't he have read Malone's filing and decided for himself if it was valid? Why wouldn't he now have read the Motion to Dismiss? Those who are paying attention to this issue would be his most loyal supporters. We're the ones who've been following the vaxx fiasco from the start. So if he loses our support, I blame Malone and see it as part of his strategy.

Naive and learns the truth quickly???

Like ... his continued support of CO2 catastrophe pseudoscience? He has learned nothing, zero, from that, and this leads us to what should be a concern about Kennedy: he either shoots first and asks questions later or he simply shoots without the questioning.

A way to gain consent is to get agreement on many issues of import to carry the one most important issue that's desired. What do the globalists desire? They desire a world of global CO2 catastrophe. And what is Kennedy carrying forward for them, wittingly or not? Climate catastrophe. Why do people believe in him? Because he seems to be 100% on "our side" in our fight against the globalists. But ... he's carrying water for them.

The globalists above all want the climate catastrophe agenda: this is key.

If the ship is going to run aground and you had the choice of captain, who would you pick?

I think when he starts to see the green scam he will wake up.

He did that with vaccines, until he was convinced.

Expand full comment

I'd pick DeSantis before Kennedy. But I think the changes will come from the courts and the people just saying that we've had enough. No one leader will save us if the courts are corrupted and the whistleblowers are censored.

How long is it going to take Kennedy to figure out the green scam???? A lot of people have figured it out long ago, but he hasn't. The reason is that he knows "the science" behind vaccines is flawed but somehow he thinks "the science" behind CO2 is rock-solid and beyond questioning. Hello?? And then people say, well, just give him time. He's running for president, dammit, and if he doesn't have time he'd better assign staff to look at all sides of climate science, but he won't do that. Why not? Because he's a climate fanatic. He's demonstrated this numerous times.

I wished Desantis questioned big pharma and big war.

I know he did well in Florida with not doing lockdowns etc, but maybe it's time we challenge pharma.

The war thing too, come on join the Republicans who are against the war going on.

Hopefully it'll be a real election 😂

I think DeSantis is a totally controlled puppet. Atty Robert Barnes said he was the "deep state's bitch" for ten years when he was running down to Guantanamo. There's serious question about his role in torture at Guantanamo and questions about his role as JAG in Fallujah. DeSantis is with the establishment. Lots of articles about that--even one of the former captives at Guantanamo has spoken out about DeSantis being there witnessing torture. Plus, DeSantis was also in one of those secret societies when he was at Yale.

I think the GOP establishment let certain GOP Govs have a lighter touch during covid because they had future plans for them. I also think that the idea of DeSantis being all for freedom is a bit of an exaggeration and re-writing of history.

At this point, I've lost any hope of taking this back at the federal level. I see our best hope at the state and local levels. There are many states that are actually looking into gold/silver as legal tender as an option away from CBDCs.

Expand full comment

Actually DeSantis studied Covid and the response quite intensely and had physicians opposed to lockdowns, etc., come to Florida to talk. He hired Lapado, a thorn in the side of pharma.

I don't know his position on war but yes, we need to stop endless wars. They're only good for $$$ for profiteers.

You actually believe that we just have to elect "the right guy" and this is all going to get better??

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_positions_filled_by_presidential_appointment_with_Senate_confirmation

Most Presidential nominations for key positions have to get approval from the deep state swamp controlled whores in the US Senate. There is no way they are going to approve anyone for Sec of DOD who is NOT controlled by the MIC, and there's no way they are going to approve anyone for HHS, FDA, CDC who is NOT controlled by pharma.

IMO the US govt is completely captured. The corruption is too entrenched for any "good guy" to take it back.

https://sagehana.substack.com/p/bobby-takes-the-off-ramp/comment/15283164

I think there's a serious limit to what any one person can do as President--all or almost all cabinet positions and more have to get Senate approval and the Senate is basically a swamp, except for a few. I did a lot of reading over at conservativetreehouse during the Trump years, just to get a better understanding of behind-the-scenes GOP politics. And the guy who operates that site "Sundance" basically explained that Mitch McConnell had much more power than people realize. Though we are taught that the President gets to select his cabinet, that's not really how it works. Even if Trump had a great non-swamp nominee (e.g. Catherine Austin Fitts for Treasury), then Mitch McConnell would simply say, nope, there's no way I can get her approved, but here's a list of people I can approve (all deep state swamp rats). So that's why he was mostly surrounded by swamp (except Ben Carson and maybe a few others).

Also, I recall that Trump tried to get us out of Syria or to reduce troops and the Generals simply didn't listen. So, my take on all of that is that the central bankers control the government and we are only allowed to have puppets. I think Trump tried not to be a puppet, which is why the corporate propaganda media went after him 24/7 (and fwiw, I'm not a Trump groupie, I was just really paying close attention to what was happening to see if it was possible to take the country back).

Here's a good article by Mike Whitney on how Trump tried to have his own foreign policy (nation state and not empire), but the continued pressure on him with all of the investigations caused him to slowly become more in line with the establishment (https://www.unz.com/mwhitney/tit-for-tat-why-did-mueller-let-trump-off-the-hook/ )

And here's a good article by Christian Parenti (son of the great Professor Michael Parenti) on Trump going against the empire: https://compactmag.com/article/trump-s-real-crime-is-opposing-empire "At every turn, Trump’s foreign-policy staff sabotaged his efforts. On two occasions, a top economic adviser stole documents while they were awaiting a presidential signature; one would have destroyed a trade agreement with South Korea, the other would have simply killed NAFTA. When Trump ordered the withdrawal of troops from Germany and South Korea, his defense secretary, Mark Esper, worked diligently to redeploy many of these personnel within the same theater. Such internal opposition limited Trump’s moves and helped the press play down the importance of Trump’s anti-imperial foreign policy."

I think the position of President has power when the President is being an obedient puppet--then a lot gets done. But if they are not a puppet and are trying to take the nation back, then they will be blocked and sabotaged, even by their own party (e.g. for Trump, his own party started the investigations into the Russia Hoax, and his own party in the House resigned from their positions to throw control of the House to the Dems and open the door to impeachment). We basically have a two-party dictatorship/uniparty. I think the central bankers divide their agenda into two lists, A and B. They give the GOP list A, and the Dems list B, so whoever is in power, their agenda always moves forward.

Expand full comment

Then there's Jared (Mosad/i.e. "central bankers") and Ivanka to make things really interesting. Supposedly, they are no longer close, but the damage has been done. Well, let's just say it's ongoing b/c the Obiden admin. is giving Netanyahu everything he wants.

There are so many contradictions. I don't trust Trump, but neither do I trust Kennedy. Wait till the revelations of his past with women surface--esp. vis a vis his wife Mary who committed suicide. And yes, the climate scam that is causing (sarc) all those forest fires that act a lot like the ones that took place in CA (pine trees remain standing while cars melt and houses are torched to the ground) not so long ago.

And that includes Desantis--promoted by Jeb Bush and another toady for Israel who didn't help the inmates at Gitmo.

The money that controls Wahington corrupts everything.

"For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil." In order to even get elected a Washington official must get more funding than the person they run against. Big Pharma has the deepest pockets.

Yes, the whole system is rigged.

The rules have holes in them.

But I've never seen a candidate straight up say that there's corruption everywhere.

At least it gets people to realize things!

Trump did that a couple of times when he told the truth accidentally lol.

We're not going to vote our way out of this.

RE: Kennedy, look into his personal life. It's a scary, scary train wreck. Not quite as bad as Hunter Biden, but not completely dissimilar either. Not sure that RFK could even get a security clearance due to his past drug addictions.

I agree with everything you said, but I could not have said it nearly as well or as clearly! We are in a very bad place and probably there is no candidate that can fix it, only slow the decline. I'm not a Trump groupie, either, but it does seem like he may be the only one actually able to help. I'm hoping he learned from his first term and can be more effective next time. I seriously can't imagine why he even wants to try! It must be really frustrating to have your hands tied at every turn.

Oh, I just found your substack on the FBI war on moms through a recommendation in my feed, I didn't make the connection it was the same person. You are doing a lot of great work, thank you.

Thanks for the confirmation.

I have a very weird radar for corrupt people after every thing I've been through with the trafficking circus and it's always good to get confirmation.

His vibe has always struck me as off. Then he stopped posting in lockstep with the disappearance of fauci and then he did this weird PR dinner with the performers of the song revolution but what was the tipping point for me is I noticed a clip that had been released on new data for children which said he had 17k members in the great Barrington group and I just thought this looks so weird. It looks like it was pre-recorded at the start and released when it reached the masses, as surely the numbers who would have joined this would have increased in 2 years. This number wasn't updated on his site when I last looked and for me, I would have thought it would be a commitment to show how big the resistance is growing.

I gave up on the vaccine and move to raising awareness of C40 cities as it just all looks so staged to me and fake. I don't trust any of them, not even McCullough.

I look forward to seeing what else you have noticed. Xx

Well I have a draft of an episode on Pedo-Puppets, based on Whitney Webb's books, so I don't dismiss your premise. But Malone has been consistently on the side of mRNA vaccines and anthrax vaccines tested on children, and DoD bioweapons and e-cig prototypes mysteriously just before the vaping 'flu-like' epidemic. And he's still saying mRNA is the answer, it just needs to be made 'refrigerator-stable' which is what they're doing. He says his 'working hypothesis' is that there's nothing nefarious going on.

I don't think a lifelong pattern of consistency serving the DoD and Big Pharma for lucrative contracts needs to be explained with the threat of exposing pedophilia. I think the question is why we're so desperate for heroes that we're willing to ignore his background and his current statements to believe he's on our side.

Please can you look into Nancy Scheafer when you do your pedo puppet research? They are trafficking children through the family courts. They allow these people in power to go into the foster care homes and rape children or they take them to the elites homes. All the charities are set up to protect them. I have a lot of information on this if you are interested in looking at it more.

Hi, Niki. That's very interesting. There are two episodes I've done on a situation I know personally: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/pedo-sadists-and-a-call-for-help and https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/the-fbis-war-on-moms. I'd love your thoughts on those and your research on the family courts, which could be very helpful. It's a situation in which I'm worried there's trafficking that may happen, if it's not already.

If the judge rules that this filing doesn't have enough merit to go to trial, I think that will go a long way towards discrediting him and allowing others to speak without fear. I would hope that would require reimbursing the Breggins for their legal expenses.

The ROTW just sits in terror watching Murkkka lurch from side to side like a drunken soldier.

I suggest all the good people leave. Go back to your Roots. Anywhere where there is not a gun culture on the holsters of the police. The UK is as good a place as any it has almost the same problems but without the gun, it s all talk...a most preferential requirement in today's war theaters.
