Got your email saying that Dr. Breggin continues to recover. Thank God.

I have sent this before but will send one more time for other commenters to learn.

I believe the most important thing for a stroke victim or to prevent a stroke is what my younger brother has done after he had two small strokes that put him in the hospital. In the past 5 years, in his 60's he has run two marathons after those strokes. He follows the science below.

Here's the science that I've proven on myself and others - not stroke but health victims.

BTW I lost my soul-mate to "modern medicine" (vaccine then psychotropic drugs was the (final) solution. As a result of the changed emotional "reality", I lost both of my kids and friends and eventually my job - there was something wrong with me. Now I am 100% healthy/active in my mid 70's. Blood pressure routinely 90 over 70.

Dr. Satchin Panda proved that having excess circulating glucose (ECG) in one's blood AT SUNDOWN causes inflammation continuously unabated all thru the night to almost an hour after awakening AND being exposed to light (the pancreas wakes up with the light but it takes almost an hour to remove the ECG. However the damage from inflammation has occurred all night. Thus the endothelial lining of ALL bloods is inflamed and thus less flexible- thus blood pressure increases and the exchange of oxygen is impeded. I do not know how long it takes for that damage to heal but I believe it is days not hours. I do know that not eating late ONE TIME has incredible benefits to athletic performance - in my mid 70's and a lifetime runner I have experimented on myself(I have a Phd in statsticis/design/etc) and performance improves drastically the next morning after not having eaten after 4PM the day before. My blood pressure is usually around 95 over 55 or lower but for decades it was 110/70- 120/80. I NEVER eat after 4PM SO I never have inflammation from ECG. NEVER. God Bless. God Speed to health.

Thank you for that valuable information, it may be the reason that sometimes my arthritis is terrible the next day and sometimes not so bad. I’ll be testing this, thank you again.

Thank you Gail for YOUR "thank you" :) You are helping others with your comment because you are "SPOT ON" - literally our symptoms and how we feel every day is influenced by when we ate the day before AND in part, what we ate WHEN. For example, Dr. Panda (the discovered of this) pointed out in a 2016 youtube interview by Dr. Rhonda Patrick, that a steak/meat will take about 6 hrs to fully digest and will result in an increase in circulating glucose. So a hamburger/steak/chicken within about 6 hrs of sunDOWN will result in ECG and will likely cause ECG and inflammation. I told all of this to strangers. One was no longer a Type II diabetes AFTER "20 years of taking insulin often ... and having tried EVERYTHING all to no avail." Glucose was normal in 4 weeks - age 73.

Of special note is an elite nationally ranked Senior amateur runner. The day before a critically important 10K race - where he was to try to qualify for THE National Senior Championship races - he stopped eating by 4PM. He listened to me. Being a competitive man he gave it a try because 2 days before, we had both run in a 5K race -where he just barely qualified for the 5K in that National Championship. But I easily qualified for the National race in an older (10 years older) bracket. He was impressed with my time with so little training. He ask "How is that possible?" So he wanted to also qualify in the 10K to justify the expense/travel/hotels/rental. He barely qualified in that 5K by a few seconds. So he was 'far from certain he could also qualify in the 10K only 2 days later. He not only qualified in the 10K by a LOT (he said "it was effortless.") BUT his time at the halfyway mark (a 5K) would have qualified him AGAIN for the 5K. This was beyond this 50 years-of-running runner ability to comprehend. "hOW CAN THIS BE?" he asked me.

I said it's simple. You didn't eat late once so no inflammation in all your blood vessels, muscles or organs resulted. So the exchange of oxygen from lungs to blood to tissues was NOT IMPAIRED. AND the exchange of waste products (CO2, lactic acid... )from muscles/organs to blood to exit (lungs, etc) was not impaired.

Folks, this man after 50 years of top competitive running finally learned what a naturally health body can do - because the evil ones - the Dr. Fauci's of this world across all health disciplines - have been lying to us. A person can see unbelievable results in 24 hours, days or weeks. "Unbelievable" because the lying evil ones have convinced and conditioned us to believe in "Their normal". So we must believe in the "Unbelievable" to learn what is "God's Normal". Got it? :)

To your health - to anyone that reads this. Know that if you have questions, just reply to this and I will try to answer. But remember I am not a certified physician nor certified evil.

What if I stop at around 5:30, pm as I usually eat at 5:00. Will this matter ? I hardly ever eat meat, many say it helps with joint pain, but I don’t like to eat meat. Thanks again !

Thanks very much for asking a question. FEW do - so you are unique. First it isn't time of day specifically it is the position of the sun. So the absolute wisdom is that the pancreas goes into sleep mode by/at sundown. SO it cannot release any insulin to get rid of excess circulating glucose (ECG) - which then causes inflammation continuously ALL night starting at sundown. It is good that you don't eat meat and believe it or not Jesus Christ (the real human being did not eat meat). I now know this with virtually FACTUAL/historical certainty. So to answer your question in the summer the difference between 5PM and 5:30 should be very little to no difference - no ECG most likely. But now in the winter both are not good but 5:30 is worse. KNow this also. Dr. Panda proved that if we establish a pattern of when we eat, the "intelligence" of the body recognizes that pattern (let's say 7AM, 1PM and 7PM. So after about 5 days of such a pattern, "circadian alarms" (Panda's specialty) are set for 1 hour before each: 6AM, 12 NOON and 6PM and each day following, unless one changes the pattern non-trivially, those "alarms go off at those times which triggers the pancreas to release insulin - which IS a hunger promoting hormone. Americans, I say, are never nutrient-deficient hungry, we are pattern "hungry" which is NOT reflecting need. So I keep changing my times which is easy since I am retired. I am virtually never hungry. Mainly I eat to enjoy the taste and have calories for my active lifestyle (golf, running...).

Lots of interesting facts to consider. I never thought about if Jesus ate meat, but I’m sure you’re right. Also it’s probably why I rarely can eat in the morning, I have to wait until about 11. So it’s my pattern, even as a kid. I’ll consider all this and see how I go. I need protein as I’m very underweight, so I must consider that too. Thanks !!

I find 11AM as ideal for my "breakfast". Regarding Jesus, here is the little known/talked about "Essene Gospel of Peace" - https://essene.com/GospelOfPeace/peace1.html

This is the wisdom of Jesus as written by the Jews-turned-Christian-called Essenes. Jesus said "Don't put death into your body, put life." Jesus spoke about WHEN to eat (sun at its highest and before sundown!!). Read the first sentence and see if you are compelled to keep reading. THE most important words I ever read, now many times, because I can easily believe (aka Know) they are from "The Way. The Truth. The Life." Not something edited or (re) "interpreted" or chosen by experts, Council of NIcaea, etc for 2,000 years. TO your heatlh. God Speed.

Please let Peter know how grateful America is to him for his great courage, clarity, charity, commitment, and sacrifice. And that he is greatly loved.

I bought your book as soon as it came out “Covid-19 and The Global Predators; We Are The Prey.”

It was printed in September of 2021 just as the Biden administration mandated

the never before used on humans m-rna-lnp platform, SV40 & Plasmid contaminated, unknown adjuvants, and non-compliant GMP gene therapy; if you hoped to continue to feed your family and not lose your home.

For all of us whose moral and mental compasses were spinning like a roulette wheel, the book stopped us in our tracks at due North or the Truth.

Truly remarkable and from a husband and wife replete with the highest credentials and expertise, the greatest love for their fellow man, and the resolve to forewarn the world.

All the anti-semites out there ought to get down on their knees and thank God that this Jew was ever born!

Give Peter a big hug from me and keep some for yourself.

God Bless!

I am so grateful for Dr. Breggin. His excellent books helped me extricate myself from a decade iatrogenic psychiatric hell. I have now been mania free for the longest time in my adult life, medication free.

I wouldn't want to think of what my life would look like without the influence of Dr. Breggin.

Probably locked up in a psych ward, drugged out of my mind, watching TV and getting fat--with a wicked case of akathisia. And getting electroconvulsive therapy to the point where I was a shell of a person.

Thank you, Dr. Breggin and Ginger. You saved my life. Hang in there.

Glad to hear things are going well for Peter's recovery... I love your show been listening since 2020. It's hard to believe it's been 5 years. I'm hearing many older folks saying they are hopeful about the new generation coming up. I am too, as my niece and nephew are part of it. I was born to older parents and grandparents, my mom will be 80 in January...but I am a millennial. We never get any any good press, it seems. But we do remember a world that wasn't ruled by tech, even though we are often blamed for it. I'm curious on your thoughts on the fact that the baby boomers have drifted so far from their great generation parents. My parents are nothing like my pre-1920 born grands were. So much wealth and steering is coming from the boomers, who claim to not like the direction we are going yet have perpetuated it. Sincerely a millennial minority... Keep up the good work 🙏😊

Dear Breggin family,

Please read my TBI report and have your doctor consult with Dr. Timothy Marshall PhD of Healing Arizona Veterans for dosage of the four minerals he uses for supporting TBI healing: Li, Se, Mg, Zn. (but must not neglect aneurysm-preventing Cu if supplementing Zn!!)

Another very important thing is using the CO2 therapies as Dr. Peat recommended because "Over the oxygen supply of the body carbon dioxide spreads its protecting wings." - Friedrich Miescher, Swiss physiologist, 1885

To use HBOT without those "protecting wings" clearly presents risks.

I'm currently working on my next book manuscript, Heroes Who Need to Meet Each Other: Nutritional Giants of Our Time. I hope that you will read my TBI report (free at my website, Insulting Consulting) and that you will take seriously the warning I have recently added to the website pertaining to that report and other materials there that, based on the genius work of Dr. Raymond Peat, PhD, I now no longer recommend the "essential fatty acids" (EFAs) as the anti-inflammatory effect of omega-3s is the result of oxidative breakdown products of the oils suppressing the "immune system". Dr. Peat's work stresses the importance of avoiding PUFAs to the greatest extent possible (e.g. bears eat salmon and salmon skin to put the thyroid almost at a standstill so hibernation fuel doesn't get used up too fast, yet bears fed coconut oil, the most saturated fat known, cannot hibernate). I'd also point out that Dr. Mercola has been exhaustively studying the work of Dr. Peat and Dr. Peat's students over the last couple of years and has gone from author of the bestselling Fat for Fuel to someone who has better blood sugar markers than he did on a ketogenic diet now that he eats mainly certain carbohydrates for fuel and is following a diet Dr. Peat would have recommended. (Note: this is the latest nutritional school of thought I've added to my own understanding and that's why I'm talking about it so much.) It was my local Orthodox rabbi who first introduced me to Dr. Peat's work in any significant way. His wife had been cured with Dr. Peat's dietary recommendations of the worst case of Reynaud's syndrome I've ever heard of (Reynaud's syndrome is the one with the very cold hands--I saw a photo that looked almost like frostbitten hands and so painful!).

Another thing you should know: I suddenly got about 30 cavities about 7 years ago starting in the summer of 2018 and, thank G-d, have not had a single filling. I used Cure Tooth Decay and Cure Gum Disease Naturally by Ramiel Nagel as primary resources for nutritional remineralization (note: I actually don't remember if all the photos were 100% modest by Orthodox Jewish standards so, men and boys, please be careful about guarding the eyes just in case). I will say that cod liver oil is something I used then but I now recommend getting the absolutely critical fat-soluble vitamins from other foods that are low in PUFA, e.g. lots of wild cod for full-spectrum vitamin D instead of mere D3 from lanolin-derived supplementation and grass-fed beef liver for retinol, true vitamin A. Dr. Peat recommended eating the cod livers in actual liver form instead of using an extracted oil but I have not been able to find frozen wild cod livers so far in sizes smaller than 100 kg so it's a work in progress.

Dr. Breggin certainly will be mentioned very favorably in the book in the Honorable Mentions chapter since his work is essential for health and he's one of the heroes but, of course, it doesn't represent a nutritional school of thought all its own (seeing as that is not the main focus of your work).

Though by necessity I got into the court reporting industry for a day job and have not been able to live out the long-standing goal of getting paid to teach others about health and homesteading, I did take a week off of my day job when someone our family knows was put into a coma for a long time after a severe TBI from a motor-scooter type of accident.

If you have any questions at all or want any information beyond what is in the TBI report at Insulting Consulting, please reach out and I'll do my best to help you for free. Dr. Breggin certainly deserves it many times over! May G-d bless you both so much for the amazing, world-changing work you have already done so far and for there to be a big plenty whole lot more of it for both of you, except even better success than ever.

A Noahide from Oregon (me) is wishing you Happy Chanukah!

John
