The illegals ARE among the un-vaxed, yet they escape all civil requirements and are given everything they need, paid for by us. Has anyone ever heard an explanation given by the US government as to why public health rules/mandates are crucial for citizens to obey but never for invaders?

It’s not just illegal border crossers that aren’t forced to abide by public health “laws and rules”, the US govt (Congress) are EXEMPT from them. That should answer your question.

As I understand it, to be naturalized one now has to get jabbed. "Welcome to the Land of the Free! Just roll up your sleeve first, we want to make sure you are the compliant type of new citizen we are looking for. Oh, and here's your voter registration card."

If they went through an immigration facility they were jabbed: most of them got J&J. Those who were able to cross unnoticed might have been jabbed or not, since most countries in the world were offering some sort of vaccine. I think you can be against this sort of uncontrolled immigration without having to call people names. Immigrants are not invaders, they are people who came looking for a better life; and they came, because this government gave all the signs that they would be welcomed if they came. It's convenient for this administration to have this kind of immigration; just like it's been convenient for decades now. Keep them as second class citizens and use them politically when it's convenient. It's a bad situation for everyone: the immigrants and the citizens.

In retrospect, when I said "invaders" I was mainly thinking of people such as the ones who use our open border as a gateway into the largest drug market in the world, as well as criminals hiding from other countries' authority. I have no problem with people immigrating to the US legally to raise their families here or who want more opportunities than were available to them in their home countries.
