This sounds wacky but if you can get outside to walk barefoot on the ground a bit, that can do wonders... maybe even try grounding your bed (lots of videos on this). To masons: There a basic moral principle which states: “An unjust law is no law at all” (“lex iniusta non est lex”1). For a law to be binding there are 3 conditions:
1. Purpose: The law must be for the common good.
2. Author: It must be in the scope of the authority making the law.
3. Form: And its burden should be equal and apply to all.
Caveat: disobedience should not itself cause harm or lead people into evil.
The same applies to an oath. No one is bound by an oath if that oath involves doing evil. Even less if the person didn’t really understand all the implications and ramifications of such oath (uninformed consent is no consent). An oath is void, null, had no binding if it was not done in “truth, judgment and justice” (Jeremiah 4:2)
Explanation: “Truth, then, holds the first place in an oath. What is asserted must be true and he who swears must believe what he swears to be true, being influenced not by rash judgment or mere conjecture, but by solid reasons… The second condition of an oath is judgment.
