That's good advice but will only last to a certain point. The older people get, the body will eventually become weak, frail &/or sick. It's the natural progression of being human.
I'll be 63 in August & still on no medication & realatively healthy, but, realistically, how much longer can that last.
I am 68, and have been caring for my elderly parents for about 10 years, my father died in 8/21, but much of that was from the toxic drugs they gave him to stop his v-tach. And get this…..its being used off label and the side effects are horrendous. Other drugs they gave him were also very toxic and gave him lots of side effects. My mom has had high blood pressure for years and at one point she was on three different medications that still didn’t control it, but oh did she have bad side effects. What I did was make sure I added in the power supplements that so many people are deficient in. Both of them improved considerably and we were able to reduce the medications considerably or stop them altogether. People need to make sure they are eating as healthy as possible, ie organic over conventional. Don’t drink alcohol. Get excercise, etc. So many people aging think its time to sit in their rocking chair until the end is upon them. My dad was walking up to a mile and a half with me 3-4 days a week until they poisoned him in 2019 with Amiodorone. I got him off as soon as I realized what they had done and found a new cardiologist who said they overdosed him in a five day stint and continued him on it for four more weeks. But it had done its damage that fast. Learn to read about any medication you may be prescribed and look at the side effects. So few people ever do and blindly trust their doctors. There are few I trust anymore especially after the covid scam.
Well thanks to the WHO's digital ID we may soon just be denied medical care anyhow. There's talk of alternative medical systems. Also preventative care, homeopathy and old school DIY remedies. Not always the best--but no MRNA. I had a tooth pulled by a dentist. If I break a leg I'll see a doctor. Otherwise I avoid those creeps.

Just yesterday I talked to a vaxxed friend in her 60s who is extremely health conscious and does not get flu shots. She told me of a friend of hers (in his 50s I think) who died suddenly from a blood clot. I was extremely gentle with her, and stated that some people who are vaxxed have had blood clot problems.
She listened patiently and then explained that people have always had blood clots and died suddenly, it's nothing new. It has always happened.
If I had taken one, I would probably be emotionally resistant to seeing what is pretty clearly happening too. It’s sad but understandable.
I once saw someone writing comments on social media begging people to tell them how to get rid of the mRNA that they regretted getting injected with. This person was clearly traumatized. It’s a loose/loose situation once you know. I hope lawsuits bankrupt the politicians and pharmaceutical companies involved. Many people with major health problems-- like cancer-- put off going to the doctor because they're afraid... they have cancer. By the time they do seek help, it might be too late.
This might be the same. I don't know. There are things that can be done to minimize the spike proteins and mitigate some of the damage, but if you're in denial, you won't even entertain that thought. A different story of a different vaxxed friend who is... about 67 or so. When they came out and said the injections don't protect against infection, I pointed that out to him. He replied "they NEVER claimed that it would stop infection, just keep you out of the hospital and keep you from dying of COVID." I told him he was wrong, and they did indeed promise you would not get COVID. There was a long silence on the phone, and he finally said, "I believe you, but I honestly don't remember them ever saying that."
BTW... this is someone who watches CNN regularly.

This might be the same. I don't know. There are things that can be done to minimize the spike proteins and mitigate some of the damage, but if you're in denial, you won't even entertain that thought. As for mRNA causing disease and death.... not really sure why that's bad for the medical industry. They want more customers, so really, it's all good. Sure, some patients die, but there are always new ones. Plus... they have their summer homes and boats to finance. The ends justify the means.

I don't think it's particularly sad for the people working in the industry. Their defense mechanisms are protecting them from understanding what they're doing.
A different story of a different vaxxed friend who is... about 67 or so. When they came out and said the injections don't protect against infection, I pointed that out to him. He replied "they NEVER claimed that it would stop infection, just keep you out of the hospital and keep you from dying of COVID." I told him he was wrong, and they did indeed promise you would not get COVID. There was a long silence on the phone, and he finally said, "I believe you, but I honestly don't remember them ever saying that."
BTW... this is someone who watches CNN regularly.
His brain was protecting him from an unpleasant truth, just like the brains of the medical industry workers will protect them when it comes out that they enabled millions of deaths worldwide.

A few days ago, CBC radio had a segment on their main morning show just delighting in all the very very wonderful new MRNA cures that are poised to help us all in our difficulties like cancer. More censorship is arriving all the time and no discussion of obviously controversial issues is available on any mainstream media. I have to lean on my golden thread to God every day, which is great and maybe the only answer for all I know.

Thank you for pointing out the self-assembling structures that were openly mentioned. This has a nefarious history going back to Morgellon's Disease, a previous biolab escape disaster in the early 2000's. If you're not familiar with Morgellon's, I recommend doing an image search to see the fibers and the lesions. Compare these images with an image search for "carbon nanotubes", which are also self-assembling. An MIT team scanned Morgellon's fibers and found them to be predominantly carbon.
If you were to read about Morgellon's on any official site, you will notice highly denigrating language accusing patients of being delusional and claiming that the disease does not exist. This was the disinformation campaign launched by the CDC etc. after tens of thousands of patients rallied to demand an investigation into what this nightmare condition was. Hundreds of unhealing lesions full of red, blue, black, and white fibers covering the body, along with debilitating neurological symptoms. CDC finally relented and did an "investigation" with Kaiser Permanente in the Bay Area and the Air Force (because why not). Did they give any information to patients on what this was, how it was contracted and contagious, or which steps to take to heal? No. No information to patients: rather, they launched a universal smear campaign targeting every website, media outlet, and patient awareness group with the message that these patients are 'delusional, drug-using, uneducated, stay-at-home-moms' -- language still visible on Wikipedia and in many published papers whose authors jumped on the bandwagon instead of getting out their microscope to look at biopsies. They also targeted doctors to tell them to deny treatment and investigation into these patients' illnesses. Any medical professional who was working for the benefit of patients had their careers dismantled and were dismissed from their jobs.
What else did the government do after that investigation? They quietly moved the gain-of-function biolabs overseas to places like Wuhan and Ukraine, where biolab outbreaks continued to circulate throughout the 2000's. Welcome to today's situation.
If those CDC "public servants" had acted honorably back then, we could have all been spared the horror that is happening today and set to get uncontrollably worse in the future.
