2) Please discuss why some people can't countenance conspiracy theories. Why are those people generally upper middle class--especially academics? Is it due to the UMC bubble that these people live in? How does the tale of the Emperor's New Clothes apply here? Perhaps you have some insight from your training and experience in psychiatry that applies.
3) Please discuss the sheep, wolf, and shepherd distinctions in the New Testament and how those distinctions apply in the covid world.
4) Please explain the reaction of the medical community to the public health narratives about covid. Some quietly acquiesced (with reservations), some acquiesced (but believed the narratives), some actively opposed the narratives, and some strongly opposed people who were skeptics of the narratives, sometimes to the point of attacking the skeptics via censorship, threat of loss of medical licenses, suggesting that they were mentally ill, recommending that they be interned in camps, etc.
5) Please discuss the impact of strong emotions on our ability to think critically and the impact of fear and anger in the context of the covid pandemic.
