Diana is always brilliant and never more so than in this illuminating article. I included the quotes of Malone's twitter on some other comment threads to demonstrate that he is, I believe, unraveling. The teddy-bear mask is slipping and showing how mean and immature he really is.
But what was immensely valuable was Diana's link to your 26-pp Motion to Dismiss. I can't recall reading anything with more clarity and patience, in pointing out the discrepancies and just sloppy accusations. I've heard that in a recent interview, Malone said that Kennedy is now publicly distancing himself. I think it's likely, with my 14 episodes on Malone, that I fall into "the quirky nature of various clauses in defamation law" because I don't monetize. So that just leaves me as a 'cyberstalker' or a 'surrogate.' I wish someone would explain to him that cyberstalkers want to get close to their idols, and I would like to distance myself as far from him as possible. Just before reading this post, I watched the CHD TV interview of Celia Farber by Brian Hooker. She wrote Serious Adverse Events -An Uncensored History of AIDS. Brian interviewed her because of the uncanny similarities between the AIDS saga and what has, and is, happening with Covid. She recounted the devastating attacks on herself and other journalists who were questioning the official narrative and treatments. They were attacked by other journalists, by AIDS activists, and the pharma/medical community, they were ghosted, blacklisted and threatened, not sure they were ever actually sued. And we should remember the specific emphasis given during the tabletop exercises on control of messaging, assigning much of this to major media surveillance. It is clear there is a well coordinated plan of attack for any deviance from the official tale, even to those who raise objections to misrepresentations. After all, there are many billions on the line.
Censorship/propaganda are the main tools being used against us, to gain our assent to The Great Narrative. That narrative can shift and pivot, as needed, in response to what the people "need to hear." Hi, Thomas. When I was researching my response to Malone's justification of the suit, I noticed your comment on his thread and it surprised me. I know we've commented on the same Substacks over the last three years. When he first posted the suit in Just the Facts, I remember there were many of us who questioned it. Now I couldn't find a single commenter who was critical. There seems to be a surge in religious comments--one even compared him to Jesus and another to Job!
What I've noticed is that Malone supports and publishes other people, or takes their ideas without attribution (as Mathew Crawford says he did with his.) By using his million-dollar platform to promote other people, he makes them beholden to him and also reflects our own words back to us. His book is essays by others, who then need to defend him to not seem duped. I think that's how he's become a perceived leader of a movement that his history and current statements contradict. It's a technique that I'm sure is an official part of the playbook.
Good observation. I believe that his sub stacks have been objective and educational, and do not disparage anyone else. Since they have been of this tone, I believe he has gathered great support. I am at a loss for understanding the lawsuit since I believe the Breggins have done yeoman work in detailing facts on this massive con job!

I missed in the past some of what you stated about Malone being disparging. I don't agree this was mass phycosis self induced per Desmit. It was preplanned mass propaganda fine tuned by DARPA/CIA in my opinion. This is Ginger. No we have not heard from "VSRF." Although our comm lines are slow as my assistant is away due to death in family, and Dr. Breggin and I have been ill for some time. By "childhood" I understand Erikson to mean, perhaps metaphorically, that personal growth is ongoing and proceeds in its own time and space relative to many factors; but it is not simply in relation to the animal nature or defined by age range or stages; human nature is unique in itself and we are, from birth, born as "unfinished" with our life's task to complete the potential fullness of our nature which is universal and human; animal natures are different but not only because of different life-spans but because the life of an animal is by the very instincts it is born with already predetermined to be what it was meant to be; the fullness of the animals nature is already there and only needs the opportunity for growth; furthermore I believe Erikson was most certainly concerned with the "extended adolescence" which you mention and how psychology and sociology have historically and to the present day failed to fully investigate the nature of what it really means to be human; you might want to see Diana West's "The Death of the Grown-Up: How America's Arrested Development Is Bringing Down Western Civilization."
I was only aiming to point out that what Erikson meant by "prolonged childhood" was referring to only part of the 8 stages of psychosocial stages that he put forth as theory, as opposed to describing the whole of what he saw as human development.
Perhaps adults are always developing, but "prolonged childhood" is only part of that. And one can be "fully functional and 'healthy'" all along the way, within/throughout each stage, at least according to EE.

But what was immensely valuable was Diana's link to your 26-pp Motion to Dismiss. I can't recall reading anything with more clarity and patience, in pointing out the discrepancies and just sloppy accusations. I've heard that in a recent interview, Malone said that Kennedy is now publicly distancing himself. I think it's likely, with my 14 episodes on Malone, that I fall into "the quirky nature of various clauses in defamation law" because I don't monetize. So that just leaves me as a 'cyberstalker' or a 'surrogate.' I wish someone would explain to him that cyberstalkers want to get close to their idols, and I would like to distance myself as far from him as possible. Just before reading this post, I watched the CHD TV interview of Celia Farber by Brian Hooker. She wrote Serious Adverse Events -An Uncensored History of AIDS. Brian interviewed her because of the uncanny similarities between the AIDS saga and what has, and is, happening with Covid. She recounted the devastating attacks on herself and other journalists who were questioning the official narrative and treatments. They were attacked by other journalists, by AIDS activists, and the pharma/medical community, they were ghosted, blacklisted and threatened, not sure they were ever actually sued. And we should remember the specific emphasis given during the tabletop exercises on control of messaging, assigning much of this to major media surveillance. It is clear there is a well coordinated plan of attack for any deviance from the official tale, even to those who raise objections to misrepresentations. After all, there are many billions on the line.
Censorship/propaganda are the main tools being used against us, to gain our assent to The Great Narrative. That narrative can shift and pivot, as needed, in response to what the people "need to hear." This narrative can proceed in a point/counterpoint fashion: people catching on to what happened but the real (counter) point is that it was due to our own mechanistic thinking (Desmet and Malone.) Hi, Thomas. When I was researching my response to Malone's justification of the suit, I noticed your comment on his thread and it surprised me. I know we've commented on the same Substacks over the last three years. When he first posted the suit in Just the Facts, I remember there were many of us who questioned it. Now I couldn't find a single commenter who was critical. There seems to be a surge in religious comments--one even compared him to Jesus and another to Job!
What I've noticed is that Malone supports and publishes other people, or takes their ideas without attribution (as Mathew Crawford says he did with his.) By using his million-dollar platform to promote other people, he makes them beholden to him and also reflects our own words back to us. His book is essays by others, who then need to defend him to not seem duped. I think that's how he's become a perceived leader of a movement that his history and current statements contradict. It's a technique that I'm sure is an official part of the playbook.
Good observation. I believe that his sub stacks have been objective and educational, and do not disparage anyone else. Since they have been of this tone, I believe he has gathered great support. I agree 100% with Beth and others' opinions on this. Plus, imagine if Malone turned out to be sort of a double-agent. Maybe if he wins his suit, it will be away for government/injustice system to delete the 1st amendment using Malone's case as the reason for complete totalitarianism. See my comment on the work of Erik Erikson; Malone and his "collaborators" or like-minded enablers are masters when it comes to behavior they "ought to be ashamed of" or "leftist childish behavior." What is common among all of them is their lack of moral conscience; shame leads to guilt and guilt safeguards human conscience but any genuine guilt is always denied for there can NEVER be any admission of responsibility; they take no blame but can only ascribe blame to others; their agenda and goal is that ANY MEANS or strategy can be used to justify the end results and they long ago dispensed with such bothersome realities as shame and moral intelligence governing human action.

Interesting point about the death of grown-ups and the "absence of bona fide adults"; reminds me of the work of psychologist, Erik Erikson, and his description of our species as "unfinished" human beings; he goes on to say that "man's inborn instincts are drive fragments to be assembled....during a prolonged childhood." In other words the task of becoming a fully functional and "healthy" human is a life-long work and, for most of us, never ends; while these patterns of completion are what makes us uniquely human, such as freedom and the ability to choose, they can also be our downfall in delaying the development of a moral conscience; in this regard it is vitally important to develop a sense of healthy shame as the root or basis for moral intelligence; to me, what Malone and his followers and other actors in the Covid "swamp" display ,aside from their ready-made cleverness, is precisely a severe lack of moral consciousness because they have failed to develop the innate affect system of healthy shame; in fact, this lack is a key component and characterizes so much of the psychopathic behaviour of the nefarious actors who surround us and continue to control us. As Mark Twain once observed: " Man is the only animal who blushes or needs to..."

Lifelong? Is that what Erikson really means by "prolonged?" I find that hard to believe.
Erikson: "The drives man is born with are not instincts...unlike animals they do not carry in themselves the patterns of completion...as an animal, man is nothing....man's inborn instincts are drive fragments to be assembled...during a prolonged childhood." Humans are human because they are not governed by instinctual determinism....the patterns of completion that animals possess; as part of our human nature we have freedom and the ability to choose and that entails what is often a long process of maturation and, for many of us, a life-long effort ; of course there are hereditary and environmental influences and never-ending societal pressures and these have the potential to either hinder or assist in the process toward maturity and adulthood; sadly, we, as a human species, have not always had the best role-models and often our choices do not follow the best advice and admonitions from the inborn instincts we do, in fact, possess.
But, in that quote, what age range or stages comprise "childhood?"
I would assume he is talking about prolongation relative to animals, as opposed to the extended adolescence that we've been bombarded with for the past 4 decades.
By "childhood" I understand Erikson to mean, perhaps metaphorically, that personal growth is ongoing and proceeds in its own time and space relative to many factors; but it is not simply in relation to the animal nature or defined by age range or stages; human nature is unique in itself and we are, from birth, born as "unfinished" with our life's task to complete the potential fullness of our nature which is universal and human; animal natures are different but not only because of different life-spans but because the life of an animal is by the very instincts it is born with already predetermined to be what it was meant to be; the fullness of the animals nature is already there and only needs the opportunity for growth; furthermore I believe Erikson was most certainly concerned with the "extended adolescence" which you mention and how psychology and sociology have historically and to the present day failed to fully investigate the nature of what it really means to be human; you might want to see Diana West's "The Death of the Grown-Up: How America's Arrested Development Is Bringing Down Western Civilization."

I was only aiming to point out that what Erikson meant by "prolonged childhood" was referring to only part of the 8 stages of psychosocial stages that he put forth as theory, as opposed to describing the whole of what he saw as human development.
Perhaps adults are always developing, but "prolonged childhood" is only part of that. And one can be "fully functional and 'healthy'" all along the way, within/throughout each stage, at least according to EE.
But I'm not so sure I buy into this epigenetic theory of psychology, anyways. It seems a rather limiting worldview.
Yes, I know about Erikson's stages and have the perspective of looking back from his 8th stage at this time in my life; I have much to be grateful for and continue to receive life's blessings as part of the gift of life that our Creator granted to all of us; but I also harbor a deep cynicism born of the reality that I can find relatively few of the "fully functional and healthy"; still, there is hope , in that our species always produces rare individuals who appear when we need them most.
