Most shooters, especially if not all of those being "watched" by the FBI, are incoherent and confused. Unfortunately, most of them are shot dead as well - no evidence. But there are still several who lived to tell, but didn't tell, and instead, their social media was examined, which always contained their declaration of what they intended to do. After the fact, of course. This has been the case with school shooters I don't understand why their comments aren't checked out - after suspicious behavior and especially after the shooting!
I think it’s because those who run these agencies want the event to happen, reinforcing the propaganda campaign to cripple the second amendment and un-arm lawful citizens. Stoking fear among the populace is an additional benefit, as those who are fearful are easier to control. Among the other reasons that Dr. Breggin mentions.

It’s the modern version of an unpredictable lobotomy. Shame to anyone who gives these to a developing brain without it being a last resort after trying everything else, including a healthy lifestyle. History will not be kind unless we do become idiocracy. Then all bets are off.

A few of us have noticed that many of the COVID-19 waxed population seem to have grown more dogmatic and more stupid.
They seem incapable of rational thought and logical reasoned debate .
When presented with the incontrovertible proof that the COVID-19 vaccines have killed 10’s of millions worldwide and vaccine-injured billions, they refuse to look at the data and categorically reject the truth.
This is not the behavior of rational balanced people.
We fear it is the behavior of people who are brain damaged from exposure to the "covid" vaccine toxins as well as in many cases psychiatric drugs that are toxic to human brains also. ~ Ginger
