Breggins Were Excluded and Had No Knowledge of the "Sensitive Meeting" Called the "Malone, Breggin, McCullough Update Meeting"

The Breggins do not have "a split" with anyone. They want Malone to stop Interfering with their freedom of speech.

Minutes ago, Dr. Paul Alexander's latest Substack dropped in our email box, titled:

Malone, Breggin, McCullough update meeting: we held a high level sensitive meeting last night with players (doctors & scientists) from Malone's camp & TWC's camp; conclusion of the conclave was that --  and in good faith (tacit lead by Dr. Urso & Dr. Alexander) was that TWC (The Wellness Company) will try to bridge Malone-McCullough divide & Urso et al. will try to bridge the Malone-Breggin split…[i]

Neither Dr. Peter Breggin nor Ginger Breggin has been approached, informed, or in any way contacted about the above supposed sensitive meeting.  We had no information that there was a meeting, a goal to reach "unity", or a goal to "bridge the Malone-Breggin split."  We were not informed that a public announcement would be made of this meeting, in which we were discussed but excluded.

We do not have “a split” with anyone. We brought forth vital intellectual and political opinions and insights about a controversial public figure and were sued for $25 million dollars by Dr. Malone. We have not, and will not give up our free speech under any circumstances.

Dr. Breggin and Ginger Breggin advanced important, intellectual criticism of Dr. Malone's promotion and application of a dangerous medical diagnosis, mass formation psychosis, to large numbers of citizens.[ii]^,[iii] We have further criticized Dr. Malone's apparent failure to broadcast his documented early published knowledge (January-March 2020)[iv] of the dangers of any mRNA vaccines for viruses.[v]  Dr. Malone began threatening us with lawsuits very soon after our first criticisms of mass formation psychosis.

Dr. Breggin and Ginger Breggin authored one of the first pandemic books, COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We are the Prey, that directed public attention toward the hidden globalist hands directing the pandemic and the promotion of toxic, deadly, untested and novel mRNA COVID vaccines. We were boldly critical of the mRNA 'vaccines' in the book and called them deadly and spoke out about them early and often in 2021.[vi] Dr. Malone apparently strongly disagrees with what we have written.

One October 6, 2022, we exposed Dr. Malone’s attacks on many outstanding medical, reform and journalist freedom fighters. Malone told one of his companions that this was the final straw and he had to sue us.[vii] 

After months of threats in 2022, Dr. Malone filed a formal complaint[viii] against Peter Breggin, MD, Ginger Breggin, Dr. Jane Ruby and two others (who have now been dropped).  The complaint, formally served in 2023[ix] contained false charges.[x] In some cases Dr. Malone made up statements the Breggins never made and in others there was no defamation. The Breggins have formally responded to the original Malone complaint and are awaiting his response to that complaint.[xi]

Since 2022 Dr. Malone has increased his attacks involving much of The Wellness Company, Dr. Alexander, additional independent journalists, and reformers. Dr. Alexander himself has exposed two key instances where Dr. Malone maligned and discouraged others from having relationships with Dr. Peter Breggin – once when standing in the halls of the U.S. Senate prior to testimony, and once in a Brownstone email list among Brownstone members.[xii]

We appreciate Dr. Alexander’s efforts, but we had no foreknowledge of it whatsoever and only learned about it when we received his Substack announcement today. Justice and Constitutional rights will only be achieved with Dr. Malone’s withdrawal of the invalid $25 million lawsuit against us without reservation or limitation to our rights to free speech about any topic we choose. We will not abandon our defense of freedom of speech and we won’t abandon anyone who is being oppressed in their health freedom reform efforts.
