I don't know, but this good doctor gave my sister a prescription for it. My sister was crying in the hospital hallway and he helped her. She had to go to several pharmacies before she was able to find it. I have a stock pile of Ivermectin (bought in Mexico and in USA through Grant Pharmacy.
