More good news below, from The Washington Post. After warning the mRNA jabs are unsafe and ineffective, Malone as the developer of the mRNA platform has lost his chance at the Nobel Prize for Medicine. He'll go down in history as a discredited anti-vaxxer. The prize has gone to Kariko and Weissman.

Unless the Nobel prize committee also celebrates the evil depopulation agenda, this is not good news at all. The mRNA technology has only been weaponized by the Satanists to annihilate countless innocent lives across the world. The “vaccines” don’t even prevent infection and transmission of the targeted virus, but it kills millions and injured hundreds of millions people already.
The prize in all categories has been suspect ever since the peace prize was awarded to a man a few years ago for no reason other than the color of his skin. Here are some observations, made not long ago on X.

None of the mRNA vaccines or other mRNA or DNA products should be available for human or animal use at this time and the products should be BANNED outright until they can be proven to be safe.
There are a massive number of deaths and life-damaging injuries from the mRNA vaccines that were rolled out three years ago. If Dr. Malone has spoken out at that time (2020-2021) based on his stated scientific findings in his authored paper, against these vaccines imagine how many lives could have been saved?
Yes they have not been proven safe and it is a moral imperative that they be banned until they are. Those who push them have the onus of proof. The more that influential people speak out about the dangers the better it is. I was dissuaded from taking the shots after discovering Dr. Malone's warnings back in 2021. It's a shame that he was censored so much and came under such fierce attack by pharma, big tech and the MSM. He has saved countless lives but in a different culture and climate probably could have saved even more.

So glad to hear the positive news but not happy that you will have to suffer through more delays as Malone finds another lawyer. But in the end I am hopeful the judge throws the book at Malone and vindicates you folks and Dr. Jane Ruby. I'm not an attorney but it sounds like the judge has Malone's number and is fed up with him.
Although it's not a perfect development, it all bodes well for everyone. I am very happy for you both and Dr. Ruby with this encouraging news. He sounds like a compassionate judge in that he didn't stick Malone with the legal costs.
But it sounds as if he is still dogging it--that part is not good. I will continue to pray for a good outcome--and that maybe Malone can stop being such a jerk.
If you read George Webb's substack, Malone is facing a reckoning for far more serious things than being a jerk. He got the mRNA injections EUA by neglecting to evaluate ivermectin, and also helped get Remdesivir through. Then there are his ties to DARPA and the CIA . . .
Costs awarded would have been good, but regardless its a huge shot across the bow. If I were he I would be settling fast or hoping for a different Judge.

It seems like the judge could dismiss your case without needing a lawyer, since all the paperwork is already in. I would save Malone from throwing more money down the drain. And I don't wish anyone ill but it does seem like divine retribution for someone who's trying to silence you to be silenced.

I don't know the particulars on both of these cases, but what I find extremely peculiar is how some of his articles --including references-- are spot on and resonate truthfully, and then he goes off on a limb and what he says stops making sense altogether. Is he controlled opposition, maybe?
This good news warms the cockles of my heart, especially as I have just finished reading Tamara Lich's wonderful account of the Truckers' Freedom Convoy in Ottawa: "Hold the Line".
Tamara is currently being persecuted in court for daring to peacefully protest tyranny.
I look forward to the judge smacking down Dr.-Jekyll-and-Hyde Malone and ordering him to pay all costs and maybe fine him.
